Directors Profile

I am a qualified Nurse, Midwife, Public Health Practitioner and a trainer Educationist with over 30 years of experience and worked within diverse specialties. I have acquired a worth of excellent experience in teaching and mentoring. I have a worth of knowledge and skills in a range of health settings both in primary and secondary care. I have been working in the UK with the above qualification since 2002 supporting colleagues, parents, babies and their families entrusted in my care. In 2020, I trained as a SSSA Assessor (Health Education England) which I acquired knowledge and skills in assessing students in practice, UK qualified midwives and internationally educated midwives. With this knowledge of assessment learner’s needs has always been achieved to enable effective learning and support within the classroom and clinical area.

I am trained in Collaborative Learning in Practice (CLIP Training) and was involved in the initial pilot project of the CLIP Education in the UK. I have clinical experience in working with students and internationally educated nurses and midwives on a one-to-one basis as well as in groups of twos and threes.
